Pace Yourself Run Company Team Members are motivated to share knowledge and champion all aspects of running and walking. We are a fast paced, ever-evolving store with plenty of room for collaboration…and we like to have fun! We are a start up looking for team members who have a passion for running and/or walking, fitness and an encouraging passion to help others keep moving. If any of this resonates with you, this is the place to be.

As a Team Member at Pace Yourself you will:

Work with customers to ensure proper fitting of footwear and apparel.
Be proactive in learning the details of each shoe, apparel item, and accessory in the store.
Work one-on-one and as a team to ensure each customer receives a unique customer experience from the sales floor to check out (Requires knowledge and understanding of point-of-sale computer system).
Build strong and genuine relationships with customers by determining the customer’s needs and offer suggestions or alternatives.
Help to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock the store (Occasional moderate to heavy 50 lbs+ lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required).
Have FUN!!….Be an ambassador for Pace Yourself at all activities, functions, and happenings.
Must be 18 years or older, and able to work weekend and occasional evening shifts. (Hours of work for this position may vary based on work schedule).

Do I need specialty retail experience to apply?

Specialty retail experience is a plus but not required. What we value the most, is individuals how have passion for helping others. Afterall, that’s why we’re here in the first place. We also value those who have a like minded passion for running, walking and fitness in general!
