This running podcast is for all the shoe geeks out there. Maybe not necessarily the best running podcasts in terms of listening while you run, but certainly the most informative, in depth podcast about running shoes. Hosted by a group of physical therapists, who discuss the art and science of running as it relates to running shoes. Every week an episode drops with an in depth analysis either comparing shoe models, shoe architecture and structure, or general knowledge about running shoes and the brands. Run time for their episodes are usually around an hour with smaller quick vlogs released with 5 to 10 minute run times.
